Welcome to the continent of Reighja! A landmass divided by magnificent mountains, expansive plains and towering forests to the north, sweltering deserts and chaparrals in the center and lush jungles to the south. Teeming with ancient mysteries, awe-inspiring creatures, and an ever-expanding, heuristic system of spells and magic known as minna, four civilizations live in fragile peace.
Heroes of Reighja: The Tale of Achyut the Gallant is the first book in my fantasy-high adventure series told through multiple perspectives that highlights the value of empathy and education, the universal recognition of love and death, the internal struggle of personal freedom versus social duty, the importance of environmental stewardship, and the ruinous consequences of greed, revenge, apathy, and warfare. With a colorful and diverse cast of characters, Heroes of Reighja has something for every fan of fantasy, world-building and lore, and high adventure hoping to further their individual journey of self-discovery and reflection.
I have six installations planned for this series, with the potential for countless spinoffs and novellas. With your support, I want to build a fantasy world to share with everyone, to indulge in stories that examine the human experience, and to provide occasional relief from our sometimes overbearing lives.
